Shri Umajirao Sanmadikar Medical Foundation, Jath was established in 2004. Registered charitable trust at assi. Charity Commissioner, Sangli. Hon'ble. Late Umajirao Sanamadikar was the founder of Shri Umajirao Sanmadikar Medical Foundation Jath. The basic objective of this foundation is provide services to the poor people of Jat Taluka.

Free schools and hospitality services have been provided to the poor people in the villages of the taluka. Kamal Orthopedic Center was started in the year 2004 to serve the poor people.

After Shri Umajirao Sanamdikar Medical Foundation further took initiative in the field of education to serve poor and underprivileged children and schools like Siddharth Polytechnic Jat, Siddharth Public School, Kamal Institute of Nursing College etc. were started. In the future, we will continue to try to serve people from under the Shri Umajirao Sanmadikar Medical Foundation, Jath.
